Welcome to EnamelPin.ca. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchase you make with us. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EnamelPin.ca regarding your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on our website. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You shall not use the site for any unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, or transmit any harmful code.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

• Orders are accepted only upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment before production begins.

• Product prices shown on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free.
• In the event of a price error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Custom products are made to order, and production times may vary. We will provide estimated shipping times, but are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the item is delivered to the carrier.

• You may cancel a non-rush order before production has begun for a full refund.
• Once production has started, cancellation may incur charges for set-up fees, mould costs, or other expenses already incurred.
• Custom products may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or significantly not as described.
• To request a refund, notify us within 7 days of receipt and return goods to us in their original condition.

Due to the nature of hand-made custom products, minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. These variations are considered normal and acceptable within a standard tolerance (e.g., up to 5%). Larger defects should be reported promptly for review.

• You warrant that all artwork, images, logos, and text you submit are owned by you or that you have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use them.
• By submitting such artwork, you grant EnamelPin.ca a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use that content for producing your order and for promotional purposes.
• You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from a breach of intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnamelPin.ca shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
